Caramel Apple Cake

If you are looking for an easy & delicious recipe, this is it! Yummy on it’s own or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix

  • 21 oz apple pie filling

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 12 oz jar of caramel sauce

  • 2 t. cinnamon

Directions

Mix cake mix, apple pie filling, eggs, 1/4 c. caramel sauce & cinnamon together. (If you want large chunks of apple, do not overmix). Pour in sprayed 9X13 pan. (batter will be thick) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven & pour remaining caramel sauce over the top.
