what I've been up to...
On the bookshelf this week!
We have been loving our morning + evening walks now that we’re back. I do miss walking on the beach though!
Some of you might remember, in late April we had a couple of hail storms come through (the worst being baseball-sized). The local car repair shops were really backed up, so they couldn’t get mine in to be looked at / fixed until mid-June which actually worked out perfectly because I was leaving for my three week Texas trip with my parents! While I was gone, insurance decided to total the car. It was a total pain to have to deal with all of that while being out of state! Luckily, I found a new one & was able to go purchase it a couple of days after getting back. & I love it!

Piper’s grooming day is my favorite day of the month! & the girls gave her a crab bandana since she’s a beach girlie!
Nothing better than summer salads & an evening by the pool with family!

outfits of the week...
During the school year I did a pretty good job at consistently sharing my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet. However, because it’s summertime, sometimes I don’t even get dressed lol so I’ll share as much as I can, but it’s definitely not as big of a priority for me like during the school year.
