10+ years later & K-State still feels like home! 💜 Loved spending Homecoming weekend with my family!

Absolutely love a gameday weekend, but man we are so tired afterwards!
I made the most delicious “lazy girl potato soup” on Sunday. It has been hitting the spot!

I accidentally clipped some roadkill while driving the other day & Piper just discovered it. She wants to smell EVERY INCH of my tire!
My mums are looking SO GOOD!
My parents are staying near me for a couple of weeks. Piper & I have really enjoyed spending some extra time with them! We’ve gone on lots of walks (found two dead baby snakes — I thought it was too cold for them to be out right now?!) & enjoyed mom’s delicious taco soup.
Monthly chiropractor appointment: check.
When your guidance class finishes early + the fall weather is beautiful, you go outside to enjoy the sunshine for 10 minutes!
Had one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in a long time! It is the beer hall burger from Social Tap! Double smash burger, melted beer cheese, smoked bacon, salt city blonde beer-braised onions, bavarian mustard sauce, on a toasted pretzel bun. The company was pretty great too!
Piper truly is my sould dog.
Stopped by Trader Joe’s while out grocery shopping & decided to treat myself to their seasonal apple cider donuts! Big fan.
My school had our annual fall lake day on Friday & it was the best day!!! Piper & I always work the canoe & kayak station. My parents are in the area so I convinced my dad to come help grill burgers for our lunch.

I’ve started to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.
Recently got these samba jane sneakers from Adidas & I am truly obsessed! I’ve worn them almost every day since I got them & I’ve gotten so many compliments! I’m already eyeing the red pair & the leopard pair as well.
