My family is trying out some different drinks this summer. I am trying to get more protein in & I recently heard about “clear whey protein” on tiktok & I was totally influenced. I snagged this fruit punch one on Amazon (left pic) & it is delish!!! We were worried it would taste like protein, but it doesn’t at all. Every single one of us likes it! 22 grams of protein in a refreshing drink?! Yes please!

I don’t know about everyone else, but my parent’s house is swarming with annoying flies (& apparently some gnats, too). We got these little sticky traps that you put in with your plants & we were shocked at how much it caught just in a few hours! Check out my short little video on LTK here.
