what I've been up to...
Piper & I started off the week by working the scoreboard for our middle school basketball games. It was a late night, but we were playing the town I grew up in, so it was fun to see some familiar faces!
My sister got some cute new overalls + the glass tumblers I’m obsessed with. She loves them too + looks so cute!
On the bookshelf this week!
As a girlie who has always wanted her doubles pierced, but could never convince herself, I am loving these faux double hoop earrings! Super simple & lightweight, but elevated over other basic hoops. Check out the instagram reel I made here.
Piper & I had our first therapy visit of 2026! We went to an elementary school & hung out with 2nd graders for their book fair. & I of course had to treat myself with a vanilla diet dr pepper afterwards (Piper’s treat was already gobbled down before I got a picture).
Got the sweetest thank you notes from some students this week.
One of my 8th grade guidance class this week asked me why I was in such a good mood. My answer: 1) our lesson + their participation was SO GOOD & moments like that are why I love my job! 2) I’ve been making copycat starbucks peppermint mochas & they’re amazing!
An evening with my sister at one of our favorite places (So Long Saloon) was just what I needed to end the week! We spotted the cutest scene walking through Aggieville.

I’ve started to consistently share my OOTD (outfit of the day) just for fun! I’m typically able to link most pieces, but I also just share it to hopefully give a bit of inspiration & show you that you can recreate my outfits by just using pieces from your own closet.
